Job Description
Per Scholas is seeking a Manager, Instructor Development & Delivery to drive the professional development of instructional staff and ensure the delivery of exceptional technical training across the organization's programs, with a focus on IT and Cybersecurity.
Requirements
- Certifications in IT or Cybersecurity fields (e.g., A+, CySA+, AWS, etc.)
- Proven experience as a technical instructor in IT or Cybersecurity, with a strong track record of success
- Prior experience managing or mentoring instructional staff, with demonstrated ability to foster professional growth
