Manager, Talent Solutions (Continuous)

Per Scholas is seeking a Manager, Talent Solutions to cultivate a pipeline of employers and build sustainable talent pipelines between employers and graduates. The role focuses on building relationships with businesses, implementing an enterprise-level employer business development strategy, and successfully securing client commitments for IT jobs. This position will have 100+ employment opportunities per year, supporting a growing network of technology graduates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of Talent Acquisition, Sales, Human Resources, or Business Development experience.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and operational managers.
• Consultative selling and relationship management skills.
• Expert business knowledge of the IT industry.
• Data-driven, results-oriented, and proactive.
• Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce.com).
