Job Description
Percepta is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Global Project Management Office. The successful candidate will work remotely and be responsible for deploying projects on a global scale, including new client business, internal projects, and enterprise-level projects. The role requires minimal supervision and involves managing project delivery, presales support, and client interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience leading medium to large scale global projects
- Project Management Certification
- Ability to apply suitable project management methodologies (Waterfall required; Agile nice to have)
- Experience in the call center and/or business process outsourcing industry
- Experience with project management software and related tools
