Requirements

• owns People & Talent at Perchwell
• build a hiring engine that consistently delivers high-quality candidates and hires
• recruit for high-value roles with a specific focus on technical talent
• hire with data-driven visibility
• own searches by leveraging deep NY market knowledge to source and close roles
• inherit a recruiting system that already works with clear role definitions, structured interview loops, hiring partners, clean data, consistent debriefs, and a strong closing motion
