Head of Talent

Titan is seeking a Head of Talent to own the entire talent function, from strategy to execution, and drive the growth of their award-winning wealth management company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience
• Technical recruiting experience for Engineering, Product, and/or Design roles
• Hands-on sourcer with expertise in Boolean logic and non-traditional sourcing channels
• Proven ability to manage multiple open searches simultaneously
• Builder mentality with experience building recruiting processes from scratch
• Data-driven approach to tracking and reporting on key metrics
