Job Description
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operational management, and financial performance of a chefâdriven restaurant developed in partnership with the Charlie Palmer Group. This position oversees all frontâofâhouse functions, ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and maintains service standards consistent with a highâquality dining environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of progressive restaurant management experience
- At least 2 years as a General Manager in a chefâdriven, fineâcasual, or fineâdining environment
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and wine service
- Ability to lead teams, manage financial performance, and maintain operational compliance
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
