Job Description
Peregrine Team is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner for a leading healthcare organization in Costa Mesa, CA. This position is fully on-site with competitive pay, benefits, and additional incentives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field required
- Minimum of 8 years of Human Resources experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of employee relations experience required
- Strong knowledge of California employment laws and regulations including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, and workers' compensation required
- Experience conducting and managing complex employee relations investigations required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills required
- Experience with ATS, HRIS, or case management systems required; Oracle experience strongly preferred
