Peregrine is seeking a Technical Sourcer to help identify and engage top engineering talent in the industry. The role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies, evaluating candidate technical expertise, and partnering with recruiting leadership and engineering leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience sourcing top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Expertise in deep research across GitHub, technical communities, publications, open-source projects, and engineering networks
• Creative use of sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional technical talent across multiple roles
• Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
