Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled at evaluating candidates' technical expertise and motivations
• Naturally curious and creative in how you approach sourcing
• Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies for senior and staff-level engineers
• 5+ years of experience sourcing top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environments
