Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of HR experience
- 5+ years in a strategic HRBP role within the investment management or financial services industry
- Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leadership and employees
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive change
- Strong analytical skills and experience using HR metrics
