Product Manager

The Product Manager will drive product strategy, identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, and translate business goals into a clear product vision.

Requirements

• Define and own the product strategy, grounded in customer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and business priorities.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals, adapts to market shifts, and clearly communicates priorities to stakeholders across the business.
• Champion the voice of the customer — engaging directly with customers, prospects, and partners to uncover unmet needs and validate product direction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver products that drive revenue growth and customer retention.
• Lead go-to-market planning in partnership with Marketing and Sales, ensuring successful product launches and adoption.
• Work with Marketing and sales to create and execute marketing campaigns
• Define, track, and report on key product metrics — translating performance data into actionable decisions that improve outcomes and ensure profitability
• Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to sharpen positioning and identify growth opportunities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers, raising the overall capability of the team.
• May be required to support additional products/brands as needed.
