Deposit Operations Specialist

The Deposit Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for performing and overseeing File Maintenance Checkback processes to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of deposit account maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking operations experience in accounting or deposit operations preferred.
• General understanding of Accounting concepts and banking regulations a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to review, track, and document detailed information accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies within account records and supporting documentation.
