Deposit Operations Specialist

The Deposit Operations Specialist is responsible for performing and overseeing File Maintenance Checkback processes, conducting post-maintenance reviews, and resolving exceptions.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking operations experience in accounting or deposit operations preferred.
• General understanding of Accounting concepts and banking regulations a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to review, track, and document detailed information accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies within account records and supporting documentation.
