Requirements

• Administer, modify, maintain, repair, and document various organization operating and support systems.
• Provide accurate and courteous assistance to end-users utilizing Performance Data Center (PDC) systems.
• Train personnel on information security as it relates to the mainframe computer and PC Network system.
• Maintain knowledge on the various services PDC offers.
• Perform preventative and demand maintenance including patches on all IT systems as required.
• Document help tickets and respond to end-users in a professional manner.
• Provide general and specific troubleshooting on all systems.
• Assist with management of inventory process and ensure applicable hardware/software is accurately maintained.
• Recommend technology solutions to end-users, and train on applications as needed.
• Demonstrate appropriate judgment in risk mitigation and escalate issues appropriately.
• Adhere to all applicable policies and procedures, and ensure proper handling of sensitive information.
