Job Description
Perham Health is seeking a Home Health Care Physical Therapist to join our team in Perham, MN. The position offers flexibility with 10-40 hours per week, paid mileage and drive time, and competitive pay. Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Must be licensed through the State of Minnesota or willing to become licensed in Minnesota
- Must possess a valid Minnesota driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
- Must be able to pass Background Study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services
