Job Description
Regional Sales Director responsible for sales of Pericom product lines in the West geographic area. Develops strategic plans, annual budget, and performance reports, and works with key accounts to achieve new design wins and product sales.
Requirements
- Knowledgeable of products and customer needs, and able to effectively articulate Pericom's solutions and value proposition
- Strong leadership capabilities, supervisory skills, and experience in motivating and training manufacturer's representative sales force and Distributor partners
- Proactive self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision and high capacity to support multiple tasks with varying levels of complexity
