Director, Global Sales Strategy & Operations

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, GTM, or related functions
• 2+ years of successful team leadership and coaching
• Proven ability to thrive as a strategic thought partner to senior Sales leadership
• Track record of designing and automating business processes, CRM workflows, and scalable operating models
• Hands-on experience in designing and delivering sales enablement and onboarding programs that drive measurable performance
