Perion is a global advertising technology company hiring a Sales Engineer to lead technical sessions with brand product, engineering, and data-science teams to demonstrate how Outmax's ML models work and integrate with their programmatic architecture.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management role in adtech, martech, or a related data/ML-product company.
- Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising mechanics: RTB/OpenRTB, header bidding (Prebid), DSP/SSP auction dynamics, supply-path optimization.
- Proven ability to earn technical credibility with product and engineering teams inside large organizations.
- Hands-on comfort with JavaScript/pixel debugging, tag management (GTM, Tealium), and HTTP-inspection tools (Charles Proxy, browser DevTools).
- Ability to discuss ML model outputs intelligently: A/B test design, lift measurement, AUC, attribution methodology.
- Strong communicator who can present to a CTO, a VP of Programmatic, and a brand CMO with equal clarity and credibility.
- Direct experience selling or deploying adtech products into brand-side teams (as opposed to agency-only experience).
- Familiarity with carbon-measurement frameworks in digital advertising (Scope3, Ad Net Zero).
- Working proficiency in Python or SQL for ad-hoc data analysis and building custom client reports.
- Prior exposure to positioning AI/ML products to non-AI-native buyers—making the technology tangible without dumbing it down.
- Relationships or experience with Fortune 500 brand programmatic teams.

- Base Salary: $115,000- $135,000
