We're seeking a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to manage and optimize our paid search programs across platforms including Google Ads, Bing, and other search networks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- Google Ads certification strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in achieving measurable performance targets (CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with Google Analytics or other reporting platforms
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
