Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned tax manager or a senior manager to join our business tax team. This particular practice focuses on closely held family groups and their individual owners. Itâs relationship heavy and never boring.
Requirements
- Active CPA License
- 5-7+ years of recent experience in public accounting
- 2 years of experience in a manager/senior manager capacity
- Experience reviewing complex tax returns (forms 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040)
- Experience with Partnership basis adjustments
- Due diligence experience on both buy/sell sides of M&A activity
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to solve problems
- Collaborative approach to getting work done
- Embraces new/changing technology
