Job Description
Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager in restaurant operations, sales, and profitability. The role involves managing staff, implementing policies, ensuring high guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high-quality environment. Requirements
- Assist the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
- Achieve and maintain successful restaurant unit operation.
- Ensure proper handling of cash, credit card information, gift cards, and payment methods.
- Manage menu items, food costs, and inventory.
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Train and guide new employees.
- Communicate with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Anticipate and correct system breakdowns.
- Accurately manage all restaurant and company financial data.
- Attend team meetings and present financial reports.
