PermitFlow is a startup that aims to streamline construction permitting in the US market. As a Business Operations Manager, you will own strategic initiatives and drive operational performance.

Requirements

• 3 years of industry experience in management consulting or financial services, corporate strategy, and/or strategy & operations at a high-growth start-up.
• Solid experience in operational strategy development and execution, with a knack for improving efficiency and growth.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment, with a focus on strategic decision-making and operational agility.
• Strong quant inclination and comfort in Excel/other data tools.
• Clear communication skills and ability to drive action from the team.
• Strong work ethic and ability to take on challenges and put in the work to tackle them.
• Team player with a focus on the success of the functions being supported.
