PermitFlow is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow their engineering team, driving development and delivery of their construction permitting software.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong alignment with PermitFlow's culture.
- Proven experience managing and scaling teams in a startup.
- Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of testing and performance optimization for web applications.
- Experience in high-growth startups or SaaS.
- Bonus points if you have familiarity with construction or permitting industries.
