Requirements
- Deep expertise in IT Service Management
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL (certification preferred)
- Experience in managing enterprise-level ITSM processes
- Familiarity with service management platforms like ServiceNow
- Experience managing global teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
