Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the accounting activities for our Dutch market. The role is based in Belgium and is part of the Benelux finance team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of professional experience in accounting/finance/tax, strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS standards, and advanced IT skills. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with French being a plus.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- 5-7 years of professional experience in accounting/finance/tax
- Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP and IFRS standards
- Advanced IT skills; Navision or JDE experience is desirable
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch; proficiency in English required. Knowledge of French is a plus
- Ability to maintain a strategic perspective while paying attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Solid Excel skills
