Job Description
We are looking for a curious commercially minded Global IP Counsel to help protect and grow the value of Perrigo’s intellectual property portfolio. The role will involve providing day-to-day advice on trademarks and other IP rights, managing the external provider’s handling of Perrigo’s global portfolio, and assisting with IP disputes and enforcement matters.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer or Trademark Attorney (or equivalent)
- 2–4 years post-qualification experience, ideally with a strong trademark foundation
- Experience working with external counsel or an outsourced IP provider is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple matters and priorities
- Clear communicator who can translate IP concepts for non-lawyers
- Curious and solutions-driven, and not afraid to challenge the status quo
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, global environment
