Job Description
Perrigo is seeking a Global IP Lead to shape and execute the company's global IP strategy, maximize commercial value of IP assets, and lead IP function. The role requires a qualified lawyer or Trademark Attorney with 8+ years of in-house legal experience and experience in intellectual property strategy, portfolio management, and licensing.
Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer or Trademark Attorney
- 8+ years of in-house legal experience
- Significant exposure to intellectual property strategy, especially in relation to trademarks
- Portfolio management and licensing experience
- Demonstrated experience influencing senior leaders and leading cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Experience in a branded business
- Experience in the private label industry is advantageous
- Experience managing individuals and/or external counsel preferred
- Experience in contentious IP or strategic dispute management is advantageous
