Digital Learning Content Lead

We're looking for a Digital Learning Content Lead to develop high quality learning programmes for the care sector. You'll own the roadmap for our training content and work closely with internal teams and external partners to improve the content and platform.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Learning and Development, instructional design or training programme creation
• Experience designing structured learning programmes, ideally within a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of compliance and how this translates into effective training content
• Ability to take ownership of a content or learning roadmap and deliver against it
• Experience working with subject matter experts and cross functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
