Transportation Manager

Pet Food Experts is seeking a Transportation Manager to oversee daily transportation operations at their Bartlett, IL DC. The role requires close collaboration with warehouse team, corporate transportation and compliance functions, and customer service to ensure best-in-class delivery execution.

Requirements

• CDL A required
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong working knowledge of FMCSA regulations and DOT compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and route planning skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient in Google Suite, Omnitracs, and transportation dispatch and compliance tracking systems
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service focus and ability to resolve service issues effectively
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners and reinforce a positive culture
