Job Description
Pet Paradise is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager in the Orlando area to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and support the Resort Manager. The role involves maintaining standards of quality, cleaning, safety, and employee morale. The position requires mobility due to a need to travel. This is a full-time, in-person position with no more than 3 days off per week.
Requirements
- 1-2 of experience in a supervisory or management role
- High school diploma required (college degree preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to resolve conflict, establish relationships, and engage with customers
- Detail-oriented and focused on results
- Prior leadership experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or similar operations
- Basic computer skills
- Comfort with dogs and physical work
- Valid driver’s license and working motor vehicle
