Job Description
Pet Paradise is seeking an Assistant Manager in the Charlotte, North Carolina area to oversee daily operations, staff, and provide direct support to the Resort Manager. This role involves maintaining standards of conduct, managing staff, and fostering a positive environment for pets and their parents. Opportunities for training and employee growth are emphasized.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience
- High school diploma required (college degree preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to resolve conflict, build relationships, and engage with customers
- Detail-oriented and focused on results
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Valid driver’s license
