Job Description
Pet Paradise is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and provide direct support to the Resort Manager in the Atlanta, Georgia area. The role involves supervising, training, and coaching team members, maintaining customer service metrics, and maintaining employee satisfaction. Requirements
- 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience
- High school diploma required (college degree preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented and focus on results
- Ability to develop and train staff
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working in front of house and back of house
