Job Description
Pet Paradise is seeking an additional Resort Manager in the Atlanta, Georgia area to lead daily operations, ensure customer service and pet safety, and manage staff and budget. This role requires mobility and is open to travel (and potential relocation) based on business needs. The position involves overseeing a team, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with operational protocols.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a management role overseeing at least 20 to 30 employees
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (or equivalent)
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Prior experience with interviewing, hiring, evaluating candidates, and assessing employee performance
- Valid driver’s license and working motor vehicle
- Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
