Job Description
Pet Paradise is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations of the Bonita Springs location. The role involves managing staff, customer service, training, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for pets and their owners. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring flexible schedule with 3-4 weekend days per month and at least 3-4 days in the week.
Requirements
- One to two years’ experience in a supervisor or management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to resolve conflict and negotiate
- Detail-oriented and focused on results
- Comfortable working in front and back of house
- Valid driver’s license and working motor vehicle
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent training
