Job Description
Hill Construction Company is seeking a qualified Assistant Project Manager (APM) to assist the Project Manager and Project Superintendent on residential construction projects in the Orange County area. APMs will manage project documentation, bid/estimate projects, and coordinate tasks, ensuring quality and contractual risk management. The role involves teamwork with project managers and superintendents, and relies on site presence and office work.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field)
- 1-2 years direct experience with project schedules, RFIs, estimates, budgets, and contracts
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Management Software)
- Willingness to regularly visit job sites and work in the office
