Job Description
Hill Construction Company is seeking a full-time Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join their dynamic Palm Desert team. The APM will assist Project Managers and Superintendedents on construction projects, managing documentation, RFIs, budgets, and contractual risk. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field).
- 1-2 years of direct project experience
- Proficiency in reading and understanding construction plans
- Knowledge of subcontractor scopes
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Management Software)
- Ability to work on the job site and in the office
- Willingness to frequently travel and work in the office.
