Job Description
Hill Construction Company is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Full-time Assistant Project Manager to join their San Diego team. The APM will assist Project Managers and Superintendents, managing project documentation, ensuring quality, and supporting the overall construction process. This role is critical in the success of the company, working on technical residential projects in Southern California.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field).
- 1-2 years direct experience with project schedules, RFIs, estimates, budgets, and contracts.
- Ability to read/bid construction plans.
- Comprehensive knowledge of subcontractor scopes.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Management Software).
- Willingness to visit job sites and work in the office.
- P6/On-Center/Revit/Bluebeam/MS Project experience a plus.
- Sage/Timberline experience a plus.
- Ability to sit, stand for extended periods, and bend as needed.
- Ability to lift or maneuver boxes.
