Job Description
Hill Construction Company is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee construction projects on the West Coast. This role involves managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and communication, from bidding to post-construction administration. The PM will collaborate with Owner, architect, subcontractors, and the Office team to ensure a successful project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 5-7 years of direct project management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction plans and subcontractor scopes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
