Job Description
Hill Construction Company is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee onsite and off-site construction projects in Los Angeles. The role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors, while ensuring quality and contractual risk. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction process and the ability to communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field).
- 5-7 years direct experience with project schedules, RFIs, estimates, budgets, and contracts.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Management Software).
- Ability to read/bid construction plans.
- Willingness to regularly visit job sites.
