Job Description
Peterson Health is an independent, not-for-profit rural community hospital seeking a PRN Ultrasound Tech. The position involves acquiring diagnostic images for interpretation and assisting with invasive procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, positioning, and ultrasound physics.
Requirements
- Associates in Radiologic Science and/or Registry from ARDMS, ARRT, or CCI
- BLS CPR and Vascular registry
- Ability to position patient and adjust equipment to produce desired or optimum image of desired anatomy
- Ability to determine proper protocols to achieve optimum diagnostic images with high degree of efficiency
