Job Description
Petroleum Marketing Group (PMG) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations in the absence of the General Manager. This role involves ensuring excellent customer service, financial administration (budgeting, ordering), team management, and achieving store goals through effective coaching and training. The AGM will also be expected to support the General Manager in all areas of store operation.
Requirements
- Experience managing and directing others
- Minimum of 45 hours per week
- Flexible availability (including weekends, holidays and any shift)
- Reliable Transportation
- Demonstrable customer service skills
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
