Job Description
Petroleum Marketing Group (PMG) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations in the absence of a General Manager, supporting the General Manager and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves managing teams, reviewing financial results, and planning store improvements. The AGM will oversee customer service and associate performance. The position requires reliability, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and with minimal supervision.
