The Head, Industrial Capability leads the strategic portfolio focused on building long-term workforce and ecosystem capability in support of PETROS’s growth agenda and Sarawak’s industrial development ambitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Capital, Engineering, Business, Public Policy, Education, or a related field.
- 10 years of leadership experience in talent strategy, industrial capability, workforce development, or ecosystem partnerships.
- Strong experience in strategic partnerships, TVET, workforce planning, or capability development.
- Experience working in energy, infrastructure, industrial, government-linked, or large enterprise environments is highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage senior leadership, government agencies, and external partners.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale strategic initiatives and transformation programmes.
