Job Description
PETROS is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal advice and counsel to management on projects, operations, and business activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of contract and commercial law, contract drafting, litigation, negotiation, and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Honours) in Law, LL.B. or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as in-house legal counsel and/or in private practice
- Qualified Malaysian lawyer
- Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Strong knowledge in contract and commercial law, contract drafting, litigation, negotiation, and management
