Petron Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Loyalty Manager to lead the Loyalty vertical within the Oil & Gas retail sector, developing and implementing a loyalty and partnership roadmap, and driving customer engagement and commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a 3â5-year loyalty and partnership roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Build differentiated member value through strategic partnerships across retail, lifestyle, financial services, and mobility sectors.
- Serve as business owner of the Loyalty Management System (LMS), ensuring vendor performance and seamless integrations.
