Job Description
PEXA is seeking an AML Support Lead to establish and manage a team of AML Support Specialists responsible for onboarding and AML related customer support activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in a leadership position and strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Minimum three years' experience in a leadership position
- Experience coaching and managing performance to achieve results
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and lead under pressure
- Experience in AML, fraud or financial crime operations desirable
