Job Description
Director, Commercial Performance Analytics & Insights will work closely with senior business stakeholders to drive performance tracking and reporting for commercial performance, including product performance outcome reporting, executive dashboard, omnichannel engagement activities, and reporting, etc.
Requirements
- 8+ yearsâ experience (or equivalent with advanced degree) in pharma/biotech analytics and/or strategic consulting
- Bachelorâs degree required. Masters preferred in a quantitative discipline
- Hands-on analytics, statistics, reporting and/or database knowledge and experience
- Experience with IQVIA Data set (Claims, NPA, DDD, XPO, etc) preferred
- Ability to identify new issues, trends, and opportunities from data
- Ability to influence without authority, setting business direction, priorities, and action plans
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills with cross-functional teams of diverse colleagues
