The Manager, Web Analytics, Content and User Insights will lead the strategy and execution of web analytics, content optimization, and campaign analytics initiatives to enhance Pfizer's digital presence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4+ years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2+ years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 8+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ year or more years' experience in media analytics in a professional environment
- Knowledgeable about the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or a related life sciences industry and in their assigned line of business
- Acumen for analyzing data sets and providing actionable insights for executive decision making
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (preferred), Google Analytics, or similar platforms, Adobe Tag Manager, A/B testing platforms, MTA tools, Dynamic Creative Optimization, and AI products
