As a Manager Automation Engineer at Pfizer, you will play a critical role in the management of manufacturing information systems to improve manufacturing success rates and ensuring zero down time. You will work with Pfizer’s dynamic engineering team to advance new concepts and methodologies, and take a cross functional leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a PhD with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 8 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 10 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams
- Good Organizational skills and can meet project task deadlines
- Proven ability to work in team environment and contribute as a team member
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to change
- Ability to communicate technical issues to management and customers in an effective and understandable manner
- Experience with writing software test plans, user requirements, and system design documents
- Experience with Industrial Control Systems such as Rockwell, Siemens, Wonderware, iFix
- Strong knowledge of Computerized Systems, Compliance regulations and standards
