Assistant General Manager

The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in executing company strategies and directives, driving operational efficiencies, and maximizing customer experience. The AGM collaborates with Field Leaders and Store Support Center Leaders to assess customer and Associate needs.

• Basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage conflict and lead conflict resolution

• Ability to organize multiple priorities and allocate resources
• Leadership skills to enforce a high standard of customer service
